Currently there have been no reported cases of swine flu in Malawi. We're contacting all the area hospitals in Lilongwe to make sure they are prepared to deal with any cases if they do arise. We've also been in contact with the US embassy in Lilongwe, and they have assured us that there are emergency protocols in place in case there is an outbreak.
